One thing we hear regularly from clients who have worked with other agents in the past is that they had a consultation with one person and happily signed up, only to be handballed to a case manager or assistant for the rest of the process.

We don't do this and never will. Unless something drastic happens or your agent is on leave, you will always have direct support from the same Registered Migration Agent you spoke with in your consultation. We have fabulous assistants behind the scenes supporting our agents who may send you documents, invoices and the like, but your agent will always be the one to answer your questions and return your calls.

Not unless you want to. We offer flexible payments with our fees split into 3 easy instalments. Our pricing and process is transparent and agreed to before any work commences so you will always know what to expect.

Our typical payment plan usually goes like this:

Block 1: 30% of our professional fee due at the beginning after signing our Service Agreement (required by law).

Block 2: 40% of our professional fee due once you have provided your evidence and we're about to prepare your application.

Block 3: 30% of our professional fee + all Department application fees due just prior to lodgement of your application.

The speed at which the above three steps progress depends completely on your needs and preferences. If you want to proceed quickly, we will work quickly. If you want more time to gather your evidence or funds, that's not a problem at all.

We can work as quickly or as slowly as you need. The speed at which we can lodge an application depends solely on the speed at which you provide the requested documents and information, and if you pay the required deposits in a timely manner.

For context, we have had applications lodged within 1 week in urgent cases, and our slowest clients took 11 months to gather their documents and funds due to work and family commitments. It's completely up to you.

Once your application is lodged with the Department, the time it takes for them to provide an update or outcome depends on their advertised processing times which fluctuate with changes in priorities, budget, staffing, workload and more. Generally, partner visa applications can take anywhere from a few months to 2+ years. Lodging a strong, decision ready application can help the case officer to make a quicker decision without needing to request additional information.
